                    A fabulous family villa for rent in Nerja, Costa del Sol.  
     Located just five minutes walk from the beautiful Burriana Beach and

                           15 minutes walk from the centre of Nerja.

Lounge/Dining
Newly refurbished with a fresh and modern look.  Chocolate brown leather sofas and oak furnishings provide a cool and contemporary living space with a touch of luxury. The spacious lounge is equipped with satellite television, CD player, DVD player and iPod docking station with speakers (fits most iPod models).  This area has patio doors opening onto a sun terrace overlooking the private garden and communal pool.  A further terrace leads from dining area offering sea and mountain views.

Kitchen

Recently fitted kitchen, fully equipped with electric oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, etc., Kitchen leads directly out onto main terrace, ideal for access to the barbecue.

Bedrooms

Three spacious bedrooms , one with double bed and two with twin beds, containing good quality furnishings with ample wardrobe/cupboard space.  Double bedroom has a portable television.  All bedrooms have patio doors leading out into private garden and patio area.

Bathrooms

The property has two bathrooms, one newly fitted bathroom with full size bath, shower,  toilet & hand basin, the other (a guest bathroom) with toilet & hand basin.

Garden
Garden and terraces are furnished with chairs, sun loungers and parasols plus a BBQ. The private garden provides access to lovely communal pool and mature gardens which are for the exclusive use of the surrounding ten villas.  With the pool being just outside our garden gate, it is as good as having a private pool.  It's very pretty and peaceful and has been described as an 'Oasis of Calm'. 

Our private garden is ideal for kiddie's paddling pools, etc., and has a lockable gate preventing children from accessing the communal pool area.  (Please note: a spiral staircase leads from main terrace into garden and care should be taken with young children).

Other

The villa is light and airy and is nicely laid out with good quality furnishings.  The villa does not have air conditioning, however, it has a ceiling fan in the Dining Area, desk-top fan in the Lounge Area, plus each bedroom has free-standing portable fans.  We, and more importantly our guests, have always found this to be sufficient throughout the year, including July & August.

Towels (except beach towels) and bed linen are provided. 

Cot and High Chair available on request at a cost of £15 per week for both.  Please note that cot linen is not provided.

Iron and board plus hairdryer provided.   Satellite TV with English channels.

Heating available during winter months (on request).    Sorry, no pets.

The use of our private garage is available on request.

We would prefer our guests to refrain from smoking inside the villa.

Changeover Day

Our changeover days are flexible for this year (2009).

Accommodation is available from 4.00pm on day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.
